Shipping

As all prints are specially made-to-order please expect up to 2 weeks for unframed prints and up to 4 weeks for framed prints to be produced. Shipping is additional to this timeframe and depending on your location, typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. 

All standard orders are shipped within Australia at a flat rate of $10.00AUD. For international orders and shipping, please contact hello@bynarjiabrownlie.com. 

Please note, PO Boxes as delivery addresses will not be accepted. 

By Narjia Brownlie is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Framed prints feature shatter-proof acrylic glazing, eliminating the risk of broken glass. 

Returns

Returns or exchanges are not offered for change of mind. All purchases are final unless the item ordered is faulty or incorrect. If you seek to return an item due to fault, please email hello@bynarjiabrownlie.com for resolve. Any issues must be reported within 48hrs of receiving your parcel. Return postage will be covered by the seller, should an item be deemed faulty and valid for return.
